Terms of service

  1. Subject of the Agreement onlyknives.ch sells products to private customers (hereinafter referred to as "customer") in the online shop or in written offers as specified under the delivery and sales conditions listed below (T&C).

  2. Conclusion of Contract Our products are exclusively sold to private customers who are at least 18 years old and are fully capable of entering into a binding contract.The contract between the customer and onlyknives.ch is established through an order by the customer and its acceptance by onlyknives.ch. The customer will receive an automatically generated order confirmation from onlyknives.ch. This simply indicates to the customer that their order has been received by onlyknives.ch.

  1. Product Offering All details about the products provided to the customer during the ordering process are non-binding. In particular, changes in design and technology that enhance a product's functionality, as well as errors in description, illustration, and pricing, are reserved. onlyknives.ch places great importance on maintaining the availability display as carefully and accurately as possible. However, all details are subject to change without prior notice.

  2. Sales and Payment Conditions All price details are non-binding and are continuously adjusted to the market. Prices are the final price, including the applicable VAT. Depending on the country, delivery costs may be added. These are displayed to the customer during the ordering process. For orders below an amount equivalent to CHF/EURO/USD 100, a surcharge for small quantities may apply. This surcharge is displayed to the customer during the ordering process. The customer agrees that the invoice and any credit note will be sent exclusively in electronic form.

  3. Delivery Conditions The ordered products can only be shipped to addresses in countries according to the list below (Countries for Delivery). If in stock, the products are delivered to the address provided by the customer immediately upon payment receipt. Otherwise, a written order confirmation with the expected delivery date is provided. The delivery of goods is at the cost and risk of the customer. In Switzerland, the usual delivery times by the postal service should be considered; outside of Switzerland, those of the respective carrier.

  4. Countries for Delivery Switzerland, European Union, and USA.

  5. Retention of Title The delivered goods remain the property of onlyknives.ch until they are fully paid for.

  6. Right of Return onlyknives.ch offers a return policy, taking into account the following conditions: There's a 30-day return period, starting from the receipt of goods by the buyer. The goods must be returned in unopened and perfect original packaging (undamaged, free from labeling, unglued). Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If these conditions aren't met, onlyknives.ch may refuse the return. Any costs arising from an improper return can be charged to the buyer. If the buyer returns the goods within the timeframe and in proper condition, they receive a credit from onlyknives.ch. Excluded from the return policy are items that have been procured or produced specifically at the request or specification of the customer.

  7. Warranty and Liability The warranty period for all sold products starts from the purchase date and depends on the details of various product categories. Defective products are repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty or guarantee period. If a product can no longer be repaired or replaced, it will be exchanged for an equivalent successor product, or a credit will be issued, up to the paid purchase price at most. If you discover this line, please contact us to receive a credit. The warranties and guarantees exclusively cover material and/or manufacturing defects, therefore they do not apply to consumables subjected to normal wear and tear. The warranty or guarantee expires if the customer has made changes or repairs to the goods. In particular, onlyknives.ch is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or natural wear and tear, or for consequential damages not originating from the delivered product itself. Shipping costs are borne by the respective sender.

  8. Data Protection onlyknives.ch assures that it will adhere to the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and relevant legal standards when collecting, processing, and using personal data. Customer data collected during the order process are used solely to ensure smooth business operations. Data is only passed on to partner companies for proper service provision (order processing). The customer agrees with this use of their data.

  9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law These T&C and the contracts concluded based on these T&C are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn (Canton of Solothurn).
