Refund policy

onlyknives.ch offers a return policy, taking into account the following conditions: There's a 30-day return period, starting from the receipt of goods by the buyer. The goods must be returned in unopened and perfect original packaging (undamaged, free from labeling, unglued). Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If these conditions aren't met, onlyknives.ch may refuse the return. Any costs arising from an improper return can be charged to the buyer. If the buyer returns the goods within the timeframe and in proper condition, they receive a credit from onlyknives.ch. Excluded from the return policy are items that have been procured or produced specifically at the request or specification of the customer, as well as "Mystery Boxes".
