What means of payment are accepted?

We accept the most common means of payment such as:

Credit/Debit card (AMEX/MasterCard/VISA)

PayPal

ApplePay / GooglePay

TWINT (Switzerland only)

Prepayment (bank transfer)

Shop Pay

Why am I not receiving an order confirmation?

It is possible that order and shipping confirmations end up in the spam folder.

What does "Shipping from DE" mean?

Once a week (days may vary) these orders are brought to the post office in Germany. The processing time is therefore a little longer, but you save yourself the customs costs.

Do I have to pay customs?

If you come from Germany or another EU country, you can choose two different shipping options in the check-out:

Standard (from CH)

Shipping from DE (longer processing time)

When shipping from Switzerland (CH), customs fees may apply.

If you select "Shipping from DE", then your order will be shipped from Germany and you don't have to pay any customs. The longer processing time is due to the fact that shipments are only sent from Germany once a week.

When does my order arrive?

An order from Switzerland normally reaches its destination after two to three working days.

When ordering from abroad, it can take up to a week, depending on the shipping method selected.
