It is possible that order and shipping confirmations end up in the spam folder.

If your order is placed before 5pm, it will normally be processed the same day.

An order from Switzerland normally reaches its destination after two to three working days.

When ordering from abroad, depending on the shipping method selected, it may take up to one week after shipping confirmation.

These orders are delivered to the post office in Germany once or twice a week (days may vary). This means that the processing time is a little longer, but you save on customs costs.

As a rule, the order also reaches its destination faster than "Shipping from CH".

If you come from Germany or another EU country, you can choose two different shipping options during checkout:

• Standard (from CH)
• Shipping from DE (longer processing time)

Customs fees may apply when shipping from Switzerland (CH).

If you select "Shipping from DE", your order will be shipped from Germany and you will not have to pay any customs. The longer processing time is due to the fact that shipments are only sent from Germany once a week.
